Last week, ( November 2017), officers from the New Castle County Police Mobile Enforcement Team and the Drug Control Squad were able to locate 23-year-old, Darius Dennis in reference to his outstanding warrants stemming from the Exit4/Mag Boys Gang investigation. Darius Dennis was observed in the unit block of Salisbury Drive and was taken into custody without incident. A search of Darius Dennis found him in possession of a felony amount of crack-cocaine individually packaged in small units for sale.
Darius Dennis was charged with: Illegal Gang Participation (Felony), 2nd offense of Poss/Sale of cr ack- cocaine (Felony), Possession of crack-cocaine in a Tier 2 quantity (Felony). Darius Dennis was arraigned and released on $1,300 unsecured bail.
