New Castle County Police have made arrests in connection with package thefts in the Darley Green community
New Castle County Police credit the public’s help with identifying the theft suspects. Since the incident, police have received numerous tips which helped investigators identify the suspects. On Friday (October 7), police concluded the investigation by arresting Christopher Pinero, 23 and David Sienkiewicz, 19.
Christopher Pinero was charged with three counts of misdemeanor theft and two counts of third-degree conspiracy. He was committed to Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $2,500 secured bail.
David Sienkiewicz was charged with three counts of misdemeanor theft and two counts of third-degree conspiracy. He was committed to Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $2,500 secured bail.
Both defendants were issued no contact orders with each other and the victims.
