Police continue to investigate the shooting in the Woodcrest community.

County detectives continue to investigate a shooting that left a 19-year-old man injured early Sunday morning.  The victim, who remains hospitalized, is listed in critical condition.

Detectives say the facts of the case, at this point in the investigation, lead them to believe the victim was an innocent bystander.

This is an ongoing and active investigation; further details will be released as they become available.
