Update with Arrest: Police Request Public’s Assistance in Burglary Investigation

Following numerous tips from the public, New Castle County Police have arrested Nathan Henshaw, 25, and Audriana Healey, 25, in connection with multiple burglaries throughout New Castle County.

On Tuesday (November 2), police asked for the public’s assistance in identifying two burglary suspects from surveillance photos.  County police received numerous tips and were able to positively identify the suspects as Nathan Henshaw and Audriana Healey.  The information was passed on to Property Squad Detectives who obtained arrest warrants for Nathan Henshaw and Audriana Healey. They were arrested without incident on Wednesday (November 3).  Detectives continued the investigation by obtaining a search warrant for Nathan Henshaw and Audriana Healey’s residence in the 1000 block of North Church St in Wilmington.  Upon service of the warrant, detectives located evidence, to include 23 handguns and about $46,000, implicating Nathan Henshaw and Audriana Healey in other burglaries- in addition to the one that occurred on Oakwood Cir.

Nathan Henshaw was charged with four counts of second-degree burglary, one count of attempted second-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree conspiracy, three counts of felony theft, theft of a firearm, misdemeanor theft and three counts of criminal mischief.  He was arraigned and committed to Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $73,800 cash-only bail.

Audriana Healey was charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree conspiracy, two counts of felony theft, theft of a firearm, misdemeanor theft and two counts of criminal mischief.  She was arraigned and committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution after failing to post $43,700 cash-only bail.

Both defendants were issued no-contact orders with each other as well as the victims.
