The New Castle County Police are actively investigating a report of indecent exposure that occurred earlier today in Glasgow Park.

(Newark, Del.-19702) On Wednesday (11/23) at approximately 7:45 a.m., New Castle County Police responded to Glasgow Park for an indecent exposure.  Officers responded and learned the victim was using the portable toilet near the tennis courts when an unknown male suspect opened the door.  The suspect apologized for opening the door and then returned a minute later exposing his genitalia.

The victim fled the area on foot and called the police.  The suspect is described as an African-American male, 5’11” wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
