New Castle County Police are currently searching for 30-year-old Christopher Owens.

During the nighttime hours on Thursday (Dec. 15), Christopher Owens contacted a public hotline and made statements which caused a concern for his welfare.   County Police checked Christopher Owens’ last known address in Newark and found that he no longer lives there.  Through the investigation, officers learned that Christopher Owens is believed to be homeless and may be driving a vehicle to the Baltimore, MD area.

Christopher Owens is described as a black male, 6’03” tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.  The vehicle description is unknown at this time.
