Police Issue Gold Alert, Seek Missing New Castle Woman

New Castle County Police are actively searching for 23-year-old Kerra Holden-Johnson, missing from her residence in the community of Wilmington Manor

(New Castle, Del.- 19720) Yesterday (Jan. 14) evening, County Police were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Franklin Ave for a missing person report.  Police learned that Kerra Holden-Johnson had fled the residence on foot after taking actions that caused a significant concern for her welfare.  Furthermore, Kerra Holden-Johnson was not dressed for the cold weather.

Police searched the area for Kerra Holden-Johnson, but were unable to locate her.

Kerra Holden-Johnson is described as a black female, 5’05” tall, 164 pounds, with light brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, a long-sleeved blue shirt and black Ugg boots.
