The New Castle County Police, Traffic Services Unit, has made an arrest in the fatal  March motorcycle accident that ultimately killed 49-year-old William Bradley, IV.

Investigators have charged Pamela Sniecinski, 48, from the 2100 block of Old Kirkwood Road in New Castle with vehicular homicide in the first degree, driving a vehicle under the influence and driving without a motorcycle license.  She was arraigned and released on $10,550 unsecured.
