New Castle County Police are currently searching for a 20-year-old George P. Carr of the unit block of Avignon Road.

(Newark, Del.- 19702) Today (May 29) at about 2:30p.m., County Police were dispatched to the Unit block of Avignon Rd for a missing person. Police made contact with the reporting person who advised that George P. Carr had made statements that cause a concern for his welfare before fleeing the residence on foot.

George P. Carr is described as a black male, 5’10” tall, 180 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, grey shorts, grey socks and no shoes.
