(Newark, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the photograph.

The subject in the photograph is suspected to be responsible for stealing a 2002 Honda Accord from the 200 Block of Reybold Rd, Newark, DE 19702 on last Tuesday ( Sept 11). The vehicle has since been  recovered at the Four Seasons ShopRite.
