(New Castle, DE 19720) Since last Wednesday, (Oct 10)  the New Castle County Division of Police has responded to five drug overdoses and six death investigations believed to be drug-related throughout New Castle County.  Although these are active investigations and the causes of death are pending further testing by the Division of Forensic Science, they do not appear to be related to each other at this time.  We would like to remind the public that if you or someone you know has an opioid or any other substance abuse addiction, please contact us for help.
