New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 29-year-old Bryan Osman.

(Wilmington, DE 19809) Today (April 28), officers from the New Castle County Police Division of Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Shipley Road, in the community of Chateau Orleans Apartments. Upon arrival, the officers learned that 29 -year-old Bryan Osman had left the residence after making statements that caused concern for his welfare.

Bryan Osman is described as a black male, 6’0, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  His clothing description is unknown.
