(Wilmington, DE 19808) On December 12, 2018 Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of St. John Drive in the community of Dunlinden Acres about a fraud report.  Officers received Bank statements which revealed that the victim’s debit card had been used for ATM withdrawals at a Citgo gas station located at 3625 Kirkwood Hwy and WSFS located at 3625 Kirkwood Hwy.

Recently, surveillance footage was obtained from WSFS where the suspect can be observed to be female with dark hair wearing a Philadelphia Eagles Sweatshirt.
