(Claymont, DE 19703) On Friday (July 26), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 800th block of Harbor Drive, in the community of Harbor House Apartments in reference to a stolen vehicle report.
Multiple items were stolen including a payment card. During the investigation, the officer was able to locate surveillance footage of suspects utilizing the payment card at a pharmacy in the city of Wilmington.
