(Wilmington, DE 19804) Yesterday (Nov 1), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Cleveland Ave in the community of Westview. Upon arrival, officers learned that 29-year-old Steven Cael Jr had left the residence and made statements that caused concern for his welfare.

He is described as a  white male 5’07” 150 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. He was last seen in the area of Westview Park on a black BMX bicycle.
