(Wilmington, DE 19804) Earlier this morning (Nov 5), patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Lindberg Avenue in the community of Silview. Upon arrival, officers learned that 17-year-old Aisha Rich had left the residence and made statements that caused concern for her welfare.

She is described as a black female 5’07” 200 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. She was last seen in the area of her residence.  She does not have access to a vehicle and is known to use LYFT/UBER.
