The men and women of the New Castle County Police have been and will continue to focus on one thing-keeping New Castle County safe.
All police operations remain fully functional. Officers continue to proactively patrol the county, respond to in-progress calls for service, and emergency calls.
While we are practicing social distancing at headquarters, we are not always able to do the same while responding to calls. So, there may be some requests made of you as the officer responds. Please be patient and understanding as this virus affects us all.
Also, as the Coronavirus continues to escalate, it is important to rely only on official information related to this pandemic.
