The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 38-year-old, John “Dave” David Phillips.

(New Castle, DE 19720) Last night (April 9), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to East Avenue, in the community of Swanwyck, for a missing person report. Upon their arrival, the officers learned that 38-year-old John Phillips had left the residence.  People at the residence reported that prior to his leaving, Phillips had made statements to them that caused a concern for his welfare.

John Phillips is a 6’0”, white male, approximately 170lbs, with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a light blue colored t-shirt and tan pants.
