The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 49-year-old, Kevin Kelley.

(New Castle, DE 19702) Yesterday (June 10), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Ryan Ave, in the community of Rose Hill Gardens, for a missing person report. Upon their arrival, the officers learned that 49-year-old Kevin Kelley had left the residence.  People at the residence reported that as he was leaving, he had made statements to them that caused a concern for his welfare.

Kevin Kelley is a 6’5”, black male, approximately 220lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown.
