(New Castle, De 19720) Last Monday, (Jun 15), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to Berkley Way in the community of Cambridge Gardens, for multiple reports of Criminal Mischief.

Photos of possible suspects were posted on social media and subsequently the two people in the photos were identified. 

Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit then assumed the investigation.  The detectives discovered that contrary to earlier witness statements, the subject wearing long pants and the white t-shirt in the photograph was in fact, not involved in the incident. It was confirmed that both subjects were merely acquaintances.

Today (June 17), detectives were able to arrest the other subject in the photographs, 20-year-old Isaiah Gaynor.   He was charged with one count of misdemeanor Graffiti to Real Property.  At the time of this media release no bail information is available.
