(New Castle DE 19720) It has been brought to our attention that a social media post has been circulated that allegedly depicts one of our officers making unsolicited racial statements.  We have confirmed that the subject is not one of our officers.  This type of behavior is not condoned or tolerated by the New Castle County Division of Police.
