(New Castle, DE 19720) Last night (Jan 24) at approximately 11:30 p.m. detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police were notified by troopers from the Maryland State Police that an additional victim from this shooting investigation was located in the area of College Park, MD. 

Earlier today, detectives went to the Maryland State Police Barrack “Q” in College Park and determined that this subject was in fact a victim of the shooting that occurred in Sophia’s Place Apartments. The 22-year-old victim was driven to the College Park area and was found deceased by the troopers.

The investigation is still active and additional updates will follow.
