(Dover, DE 19901) Yesterday, Representative Valerie Longhurst reported that HB 240 has passed in the Senate.  This bill establishes the Korey Thompson Emergency Housing Assistance Fund.  Named after New Castle Division of Police Officer First Class Korey Thompson who brought attention to this struggle.
