(New Castle, DE 19720) On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 08:30 a.m. the New Castle County Division of Police will hold its annual police memorial service at the Cpl. Paul J. Sweeney Public Safety Building (3601 North DuPont Highway New Castle, DE 19720). The service will honor those New Castle County police officers who have died while in service to New Castle County.
