(Newark, DE 19702) On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police responded to Glasgow Park – Newark in reference to an assault that just occurred. Upon arrival, Officers contacted an adult male victim. The victim reported that he was at the park when he was randomly assaulted by multiple male suspects. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Unit have assumed the investigation.
