(Newark, DE 19702) New Castle County Division of Police, Criminal Investigations Unit, is currently investigating a report of a subject attempting to lure young women within the area of Newtown Road and Smalley’s Dam Road.
It was reported that while in a vehicle, the subject approached several young women standing at a bus stop. The suspect vehicle is described as a dark green two door sedan with white scratches and chipped paint.
