(Wilmington, DE 19808) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 23-year-old Alexander Lopez of Wilmington. Alexander left his residence after making statements that caused concern for his welfare. All efforts to locate and contact Alexander have been unsuccessful and there is a serious concern for his health and safety. Alexander is described as a Hispanic male, 5’05”, 140 pounds.
