(Newark, DE-19713) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 25-year-old Richard Lloyd of Newark. Richard left his residence on foot, possibly armed with a handgun. Prior to leaving, Lloyd made statements that have caused concern for his welfare and safety.
Richard is described as a white male, 5’9, and 180lbs., brown hair, and brown eyes. Richard was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and boots.
