TWO SUSPECTS CHARGED IN NORTH WILMINGTON BURGLARY SPREE

Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police have arrested 36-year-old Joryi Campusano of Wilmington and 21-year-old Starling Pena-Garcia in connection with a string of burglaries in North Wilmington.
