TWO ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THEFTS FROM VEHICLES AND A CONSTRUCTION SITE.

Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police have arrested two individuals in connection with a series of thefts from vehicles and construction trailers reported across the county between April 10 and April 17, 2025.

On April 10 and April 12, Officers were dispatched to a business in the 400 block of Brookside Avenue for reports of tools, batteries, and other items being stolen from vehicles. In both instances, a white Audi was identified as a possible suspect vehicle.

During the same period, on April 12 and April 17, Officers also responded to a construction site in the 600 block of McGovern Road in Hockessin for reports of stolen building materials and construction tools from a trailer. A white vehicle was observed in the area during both thefts.

Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Unit took over the case and, through extensive investigative efforts, identified 40-year-old Daniel Quesenberry and 45-year-old Tamara O’Grady as the suspects. On April 23, 2025, Quesenberry and O’Grady were taken into custody at a motel on Pulaski Highway.

Daniel Quesenberry was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $26,500 secured bail. Tamara O’Grady was also arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
