On October 3, 2012, at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers from the New Castle County Police Department responded to the Galloway Court Apartments for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers located 26-year-old Maurice Jones, who was pronounced deceased at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.
