(Claymont, DE 19703) The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 37-year-old Stephen Jackson of Claymont. Stephen was last seen on November 29, around 2:00 p.m., in the 100 block of Princeton Ave. All attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful. There is concern for his welfare and safety.
Stephen is described as a black male, 5’10”, 200lbs., black hair, and brown eyes.
