(Wilmington, DE. 19810) On Monday, April 20, 2026, at approximately 4:04 p.m., officers with the New Castle County Division of Police responded to the 2000 block of Paulwynn Road in the Wynnwood community for a reported package theft.
During the investigation, officers obtained surveillance footage showing two suspects removing two packages from the victim’s front porch.
