(Wilmington, DE 19808) Officers with the New Castle County Division of Police are currently investigating a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian in the 3900 block of Old Capitol Trail.
As a result, Old Capitol Trail is closed between Gray Avenue and Highland Avenue.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until further notice.
