New Castle, DE 19720 — The New Castle County Division of Police has issued a Gold Alert for 17-year-old Elias Del Valle of New Castle.
Elias was last seen leaving his residence in the unit block of Kingston Road at approximately 8:57 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. He is described as a black male, approximately 6’0″ tall and weighing about 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and brown-and-green pajama pants.
Elias was possibly seen near the Delaware City Library in Delaware City on June 13, 2026.
Despite extensive efforts, officers have been unable to locate or contact him, and there is growing concern for his health and safety.
