๐ฆ๐ง๐ข๐ฃ! Jury duty scams are back! The New Castle County Division of Police is investigating reports of scammers impersonating local police officers and judges, threatening residents with arrest over supposedly missed jury duty.
๐๐ข๐ช ๐๐ง ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฆ: Victims receive phone calls, texts, or emails claiming they missed jury duty and face arrest or contempt-of-court charges unless they pay immediately. Scammers may even use ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ฆ of local officers or judges to make their threats seem legitimate!
