(Wilmington, DE 19805) Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently investigating an indecent exposure. On November 12th, around 4:00 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to 901 S. Clayton Road-Canby Park, in reference to an indecent exposure.  

Officers learned that the 16-year-old victim was on the Canby Park walking path near Cleland Course when an unknown male came out of the wooded area, grabbed her, exposed himself, and made lewd gestures until he fled toward the baseball fields.

The suspect was described as a possibly Hispanic or light-skinned male in his early 20s, about 5’10” with a stocky build, wearing all black clothing.
