(Wilmington, DE 19808) Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police are currently in the 1300 block of Chalet Drive in Marshallton Green for a reported stabbing.
This is an active and ongoing investigation. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available. While there is no direct threat to the public, you can expect to see an increased police presence in the area. Please use alternate routes of travel and avoid the area.
(Wilmington, DE 19810) On June 13, 2024, officers with the New Castle County Division of Police responded to the 30 block of Chestnut Street about a reported sexual assault of a child under the age of 12.
Through investigation, Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Unit identified a person of interest, who can be seen wearing all-black clothing in the attached photograph. Detectives are also requesting assistance in identifying a possible witness to the incident. Attached is a photograph of a black male, bald, without a shirt, and wearing gray shorts, who may have information related to this investigation.
