New Castle County Police have arrested 23-year-old Donald Nave for drug related offenses following a search warrant at his residence in the community of Manor Park.
New Castle, Del. – 19720) During the month of June, 2017, County Police Drug Control Squad (DCS) detectives received information regarding heroin sales from a residence in the 100 block of Hunn Rd. Through the investigation, detectives identified Donald Nave as the suspect and obtained a search warrant for the residence.
Yesterday (June 27) morning, detectives served the search warrant at the residence and took Donald Nave into custody without incident. Police also located a teenage juvenile in the residence. During the search, detectives located 872 bags of heroin, with an approximate $2,600 street-value, as well as a small amount of marijuana. Detectives also seized a vehicle belonging to Donald Nave.
Donald Nave was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin in a Tier-4 quantity, possession of heroin in a Tier-5 quantity and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and committed to Young Correctional Institution after failing to post $363,000 cash-only bail.
