New Castle County Police have arrested 43-year-old Timothy Holahan for Terroristic Threatening in the neighborhood of Northridge.
Thursday, (September 8) New Castle County Police Officers were dispatched to the neighborhood of Northridge reference a report of a Colonial District school bus driver being threatened by a passing motorist. The victim stated that while he was driving up a hill on Causez Ave., a black SUV was traveling the opposite direction at a high rate of speed approached him. The victim then reported that he pulled the school bus over to let the car pass, however, the driver of the car stopped and began yelling at him. The victim stated that the driver of the SUV was screaming that the bus driver was speeding. After the victim stated that he was not speeding the suspect continued and screamed that he would shoot the victim in the head.
The police investigation identified the driver of the SUV as 45-year-old Timothy Holahan. Timothy Holahan was arrested and arraigned on the charge of misdemeanor Terroristic Threatening. He was then released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
