Today(May 7th) at The New Castle County Police Headquarters, Criminal Investigations Unit, Colonel Vaughn Bond, Jr. promoted Detective Robert Jeffrey Maguire to the rank of Sergeant.

Detective Maguire joined the New Castle County Police Department in 2009 and has been assigned to the Patrol Division and to the Criminal Investigation Unit.

A formal promotional ceremony will be scheduled in the near future.
