The New Castle County Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the photograph. The subject in the photograph is suspected to be responsible for multiple acts of Sexual Harassment.
(New Castle, DE 19720) On August 9th and August 12th, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the parkland in Chelsea Estates for two similar Sexual Harassment complaints. During each incident, the officers learned that elderly females were the victims of Sexual Harassment.
Both of the victims reported that they were sexually harassed by a white male, with dark bushy/curly hair, thin build, no facial hair, wearing a red baseball hat, and dark clothing. He was approximately 30 years old and 5’7” tall. The subject was also seen wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt.
Each victim was approached by the subject near the back parking lot, opposite side of Jay Drive.
On yesterday’s date (Aug 16), the subject was observed by one of the victims walking on W. Roosevelt Avenue at approximately 6:30 a.m. wearing the same red baseball hat. The subject crossed Rt 13 and was standing at the Dart bus stop at RT 13 and E. Roosevelt Avenue.
