The New Castle County Division of Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the following sketch. The subject in the sketch is suspected to be responsible for an act of Aggravated Menacing stemming from a road rage incident which occurred on August 6th, 2018. This incident occurred in the unit block of Cheswold Blvd, Harbor Club Apartments.
The subject was described as a black male, heavy set, 5’8″-5’10, wearing a red baseball hat, white basketball jersey, and white basketball shorts.
