New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 38-year-old Shawn Whittaker

(Claymont, DE 19701) Today (Nov 25), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Society Drive, Whitney Apartments for a Missing Persons Report. When they arrived on scene the officers were contacted by family members.  The officers then learned that 38-year-old Shawn Whittaker left the residence after making statements that caused a concern for his welfare.

Shawn Whittaker is described as a black male, 5’11’’, 170lbs, black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing brown boots, grey jogger pants and a black coat with brown fur trim around the hood.
