The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 39-year-old Jay Ringgold.

(Bear, DE 19701) Yesterday (May 28) at 11:00 p.m. officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Lake Tahoe Circle, in the community of Beck’s Woods, for a domestic incident.  When the officers arrived at the residence they learned that 39-year-old Jay Ringgold left the residence after making statements that caused a concern for his welfare.

He is a black male, 5’11” tall, 230 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.  His clothing description is unknown, and he left the residence in a silver, 2009 Dodge Charger bearing DE registration 143687.
