The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 41-year-old, Robert Hansen.

(New Castle, DE 19720) Earlier today, (Sept 26), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Jefferson Ave, in the community of Wilmington Manor for a welfare check.

The units learned prior to their arrival, that 41-year-old Robert Hansen had sent messages from this address to his family via social media.  The statements in these messages caused a concern for his welfare.

Robert Hanson is described as a white male, 6’00” 145lbs.  It is believed that he left the area on foot and his clothing description is unknown.
