(New Castle, DE 19720) Earlier today (Sept 27),  the New Castle County Division of Police notified the citizens of New Castle County of a suspicious vehicle investigation involving a silver van and a subject with a raccoon. After receiving numerous responses to the social media posting, officers were able to identify the driver of the van.  Further investigation concluded that no crime had been committed nor was there any threat to the community.
