(Bear, De 19701) Earlier this morning (January 1st),  officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched an address on Piegon Run Drive, in the community of Piegon Run,  for the report of a Missing Person. When they arrived at the residence, the officers learned that 28-year-old, Stephen Hamberger had left the area and made statements that caused a concern for his welfare.

Stephen Hamberger was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a blue hooded sweatshirt marked “USA”.
