The New Castle County Division of Police is currently searching for 35-year-old, Larry Moragne, Jr.

(Newark, DE 19702 ) Earlier today, (Feb 14), officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Cindy Drive, in the community of Rockwood Apartments for a missing person report.

The units learned upon their arrival, that 35-year-old Larry Moragne, Jr had left the residence in his white, 2019 Lexus (DE 925309).  He was last seen at 10:30 p.m., yesterday (Feb13) a.m. at the Cindy Drive address and today has made statements on social media that caused a concern for his welfare.

Larry Moragne, Jr is described as a black male, 5’11” and 220lbs. His clothing description is not known.
