New Castle County Division of Police will conduct a media briefing regarding the missing 10-year-old Shamar Davis (Please note the last name change).  The media only briefing will take place at 10:30 a.m., at the staging area located at #2 Caravel Avenue, New Castle.  PIO is on scene.
